The Architectural Review Board "ARB", was established to provide direction to the homeowners for acrhitectural changes with procedures for submitting requests for new construction or to make exterior changes to your home.  Such changes include decks, landscaping, exterior color changes. These rules and guidelines are set up to maintain the aesthetic value and integrity of the community on behalf of all owners, and to protect the market value of your investment as well.  The ARB meets the 1st Friday of each month and all submissions must be in by noon, Wednesday prior to the ARB meeting.
