Responsible for reviewing and approving plans for new construction, additions or modifications to existing homes, any landscaping changes, exterior paint colors for homes, etc. Their responsibility is to promote continuity and harmony throughout the community. The ARB meets every 1st Friday of each month.
The completed ARB forms and associated plans are submitted to Harvey York or Sharon Aldridge, who will forward the documents to the ARB for review. Following review, the ARB will communicate its decision, in writing, to the property owner.
All submissions must be submitted by noon on Wednesday before the Friday meeting.
